Exploring the effectiveness of a mobile writing application for supporting handwriting acquisition of students with dysgraphia

Handwriting is one of the most important essential skills for both literacy and beyond. However, some students have difficulty in writing. Dysgraphia, a disorder written expression, condition where student’s writing are below level expected their intelligence, age, education. The main purpose this study was to examine effectiveness mobile application with dysgraphia determine whether students’ improve after using application. A mixed method design employed. This reveals: 1) contributed acquisition (letter formation, spelling, words) dysgraphia, 2) percentage on-task duration were range 80% 100%. When speed examined session by session, there an increase them all. Students’ correct attempts increased number incorrect decreased. line violation tended decrease session.
